Whether you are an attender or a member you are invited to participate in a time of celebration about what God has done this last fiscal year and a time of planning and preparation for what God will do through Aspen Grove in our next fiscal year. We are excited for you to join us!

Our time together begins with a free dinner between 4:30-5:30pm. There will be an opportunity for church and fellowship members to meet with Brent Bills, Overseer Chairman and Drew Johnson, Lead Pastor of Aspen Grove Network with any questions you have about the financial statement, and proposed budget beginning at 4:30pm.

At 5:30pm childcare for Preschool through 5th grade will begin. Our meeting begins at 5:30pm. It involves some voting and some presenting, but it also involves stories, prayer, and praise. We are aiming for 60 minutes in length.
